Libby and Daisy

Cavalier King Charles Spaniels

Libby and Daisy the Cavalier King Charles Spaniels waiting
Hi there,

I have two speyed cavalier King Charles Spaniel sisters, Libby (Tri Colour) and Daisy (Blenheim), who both turn 2 yrs Old on June 10th 2008.  They are my everything and I love them with all of my heart.  They are both really well behaved little dogs but both very different - from character to coat.

Libby, if given half the chance, will make a run for it if she should see an open door or escape route, she is very independent and likes her own space at times, She loves play fighting with Daisy and stalking her out (you know stood still with one leg bent, watching, waiting).  She loves nothing more than carrying a stick around with her on walks and playing fetch with it.  She has remained slim and smooth coated post neuter.

Daisy on the other hand is the more loving of the two and frightened of everything that's buzz's or makes a loud noise from power tools, clippers to fireworks.  She is very much a mummy's girl and a very big wimp with it.  She will play fetch in the house with her toys but not on a walk, she has her nose to the ground and that's that.  She was born with bad knees and is on meds (supplements) for life, she has Luxating Patella, which is when the knee caps dislocate.  She wants to be with people all the time especially me, her mummy.  Her coat has become very long and thick and somewhat curly post neuter (plus weight gain - don't tell her that though)!!

Well I hope you enjoy looking at my girls and take care all cavvy lovers
